Who we are

WC Exclusive is a limited-run cap store operated from Miami, Florida, USA. This policy explains what information we collect on wcexclusive.com and how we use it.

What we collect

Account: your name, email address and a password (stored encrypted — we never see it), or your Google account's basic profile (name and email) if you sign in with Google.

Orders: your shipping address, phone number (optional) and the items you purchase.

Payments: processed entirely by Square. Your card number never touches our servers.

Shopping activity: your cart (so you can recover it on any device) and your preorders of sold-out caps.

How we use it

To process and ship your orders, to save your cart and preorders to your account, to contact you when a reserved cap is back in stock, and to answer your questions. That's it.

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.

Third-party services

Square processes payments (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay) under its own privacy policy. Google provides optional sign-in; we only receive your name and email.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies: your session (to keep you signed in) and your language preference. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your account information at any time. Write to wcexclusive.13@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.

Changes

If we update this policy, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
